Allen & Heath SQ-5 Digital Mixer

The SQ-5 brings the full SQ mix engine into Allen & Heath's most compact frame. It gives a volunteer team the same 48-channel, 96kHz processing as the larger SQ desks, with a layout that fits a tight booth or a road case and stays approachable on a Sunday morning.

Why Churchfront specifies it

Allen & Heath is the mixing ecosystem our team knows best and supports every week, and the SQ-5 is our default console for portable churches and smaller rooms. It is easy for a new volunteer to learn, and it has enough capability to grow with a full band. We pair it with a DX168 or GX4816 stage box and a 64-channel Dante card in most builds.

Planning a full system?

This listing is the component. Most churches get the best result when the console, stage boxes, monitoring and network are designed together around the room and the team that runs it. If you would like help putting that system together, our consulting team can walk through it with you, or send us a note.
