Questions
- Who on our team can use Premium?
- Everyone on your church team in the portal. Group coaching and support are open to the whole team; the monthly private call is one per church.
- How long is the private call?
- 30 minutes, with Matt, Josue or Sean. Book it from the Coaching page any time in the month.
- Can we cancel?
- Yes. Cancel from Manage billing and Premium stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- What happens to our videos if Premium ends?
- Your team can’t watch them while Premium is off. Renew within 30 days and they come back as they were. After 30 days they’re deleted.
- Our church is tax exempt.
- Email support@churchfront.com with your exemption certificate and we’ll set it up.
