Before you book
How coaching works
One group call a week
Group calls run twice a week so you can pick the day that suits you, not so you can attend both. Keeping it to one call a week is what keeps the room small enough to be useful.
Group time is shared time
There will be other people on the call and everyone gets a fair share. Stay for the whole conversation. Most of what people take away comes from somebody else’s question.
One private session at a time
Book a single one-on-one, have the call, then book the next one. It keeps the calendar honest for everybody.
Bring the real problem
Coaching is not limited to gear. Leadership, volunteer teams, planning, musicianship and mindset come up as often as consoles do, and they are fair game.
