Founded in 2016 to help churches build thriving ministries
Jake Gosselin started Churchfront with a simple mission: help churches build thriving worship and production ministries. We are family owned, based in Melbourne, Florida, and we serve churches through training, content, consulting and AVL integration.
We believe every church, whatever its size or budget, deserves the tools, systems and support to create excellent worship experiences and develop healthy ministry teams.
Our story
From a YouTube channel to a national AVL integrator
Churchfront did not start as an integration company. It started with one worship tech leader trying to answer the questions nobody else was answering.

2016
A camera, a microphone and a question
Jake Gosselin started Churchfront to share what he was learning about worship technology, first on YouTube and then on the podcast. The audience grew quickly, because church tech leaders had nowhere else to get straight answers.

2018
Training, then a team
Online courses followed the videos, and the first hires came on to build and support them. Teaching stopped being a side project and became the work.

2020
The year every church went live
When churches had to start streaming overnight, our tutorials and gear guides became the reference a lot of teams leaned on. As we grew to four or five people, churches began asking us to consult directly, first over the phone and then on site in their rooms.

2022
From advice to installation
Churches kept asking us to build what we had designed for them, so we added AVL integration: consulting, design, engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning under one accountable partner.

Today
National integration, and still teaching
More than fourteen people work out of Melbourne, Florida, delivering integration projects across the country while the videos, the podcast, the courses and the annual conference keep going. Every one of us serves in a local church, and many have studied theology, music ministry and preaching. The ministry side is not a marketing angle. It is where we spend our Sundays.

We have been where you are.
We have actually run the systems we build, as pastors, worship leaders, technical directors and production volunteers in the local church. We have mixed the Sunday service and trained the nervous first-time volunteer. So when we design a system, we are designing for the person who has to run it, because we have stood exactly where you are standing.

Some churches need a full overhaul. Others need a few smart changes to fix what is holding them back. We recommend what actually serves your ministry and your budget: the system that fits where your church is today and where it is headed.
We train your team.
A system is only as good as the team running it. We do not call a project finished until your volunteers are confident on Sunday morning. We train your people on the systems we build and stay with you after launch, so the room keeps working long after we drive away.
We are with you for the long haul.
We build relationships, not just installs. When you are ready to expand, upgrade or troubleshoot down the road, you are calling a partner who already knows your room.
