Our Work
Before we design anything, we find out what your ministry actually needs.
Most church AVL projects get priced before anyone understands the problem. We start with discovery sessions on your ministry goals, worship style, volunteer capacity, and budget reality, then evaluate your building: infrastructure, acoustics, sightlines, power, rigging capacity, HVAC noise. Rooms tell the truth drawings leave out. The deliverable is a Program Report, a written scope of work with preliminary budget ranges by system category. It answers three questions for your board. What are we doing, roughly what will it cost, and why does it matter for ministry. We do not engineer a system we have not first scoped.
You approve a system you can see, not a concept you have to imagine.
Design and engineering turns the Program Report into a fully specified, fully priced solution, produced in house in Vectorworks. You get 3D renderings of the systems placed in your actual room, acoustical predictions verifying coverage and intelligibility before anything is purchased, photometric reports for lighting, and ConnectCAD signal flow documentation. The engineering package includes specifications, equipment lists, rack elevations, and infrastructure requirements your architect and contractors need. The phase ends with a turnkey project proposal: one price covering equipment, materials, and installation for the design as engineered. When the engineering is finished, the number is real.
The same team that designed it is the team that installs it.
You get an assigned project manager as your single point of contact. Before anyone arrives, we handle procurement, track long-lead equipment against your schedule, produce installation drawings and cable schedules, and pre-build racks in our warehouse. On site, our own crews handle rigging, cabling, and assembly, then verify every signal path against the design and tune the systems for your room. Installation is finished when your volunteers are trained and you hold as-built documentation. Stabilization follows, typically two months, with on-call weekend support and optimization based on real services. The goal is a Sunday nobody thinks about the technology.
