The SLXD2+/B58 is a rugged metal handheld transmitter with Shure’s Beta 58 supercardioid dynamic capsule. The tighter pattern helps reject stage noise and monitors, which keeps a worship vocal clear in a loud room.

This is our default wireless handheld. We specify the Beta 58 capsule on SLX-D+ handhelds because it holds up in front of a full band and sounds consistent from week to week. For the easiest Sunday, pair it with an SB903 rechargeable battery and an SBC203 or SBC80-903 charger.

Frequency band

This listing is the G57 band (470 to 608 MHz), the SLX-D+ band Churchfront specifies for most US churches. Wireless microphones and receivers must share the same band. If you are not sure which frequencies are clear in your area, Shure’s frequency finder is a good first check, or ask us.
