I am Jake Gosselin, the founder of Churchfront. Our team designs and builds professional audio, video and lighting systems for churches across the country, and we are the same people who built the step-by-step training inside Premium.
We are not only AV professionals. Every one of us serves in a local church on a Sunday. We know what it is like to run a rehearsal, to build a team out of volunteers, and to troubleshoot something twenty minutes before the first song.
We are not here to be the hero of your ministry. We are here to eliminate the guesswork.

If something needs more attention than a group call can give it, you can book one-on-one time with our team for an additional fee.

Both plans include the full course library, weekly group coaching, premium trainings, priority support and access for your volunteers. One-on-one coaching sessions are available to members at an additional cost.

Questions
Before you join
Do I need a technical background?
No. Most of our members came into this role because somebody had to, not because they trained for it. The courses start at the beginning, the coaching calls exist so you can ask the question you are worried sounds obvious, and nobody on our team will make you feel behind for asking it.
Can my volunteers use it too?
Yes, and they should. Premium works best when your whole team is working through the same material, because you stop being the single point of failure and start having conversations in shared language. Invite them as soon as you are in.
How does group coaching work?
Live sessions twice a week with a Churchfront coach, capped at four people so the time is split properly rather than spent watching somebody else’s question. You book the slot that suits you. Anything system-related is fair game, including equipment you bought somewhere else.
What if my problem is bigger than a group call?
Book one-on-one time with our team for an additional fee. And if what you actually need is a plan for the whole room rather than coaching, that is our consulting and pre-design service, which is a different conversation and we will tell you so honestly rather than stretching coaching to cover it.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly members can cancel at any time and keep access through the period they have paid for.
Is this the same as Churchfront Pro?
No. Premium is a membership with the course library and group coaching, and it is open to any church. Churchfront Pro is an ongoing consulting engagement with unlimited one-on-one calls and on-site visits, scoped per church and priced accordingly.
Our church is small. Is this still worth it?
Especially then. Small teams carry the most guesswork per person, and the fixes that make the biggest difference on a small system are usually free: gain structure, monitor discipline, a rehearsal that starts on time. None of those need a budget.
