Every November we bring together leading practitioners in church ministry and production, for two days aimed at growing your team’s capacity, competence and character.

Practical breakout workshops
Hands-on sessions on mixing, video production, lighting, worship leading and pastoral leadership. You leave with something you can use on the next Sunday.

Two mornings of worship, an evening worship night, and two days alongside people solving the same problems in their own rooms.

Keynote and worship night
Runner-up on season 14 of American Idol, and a Nashville singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who came up playing in church and busking on Broadway. He has performed with the Nashville Symphony, released several charting EPs, and now coaches and mentors with Nashville Christian Songwriters.
Drew Brashler
Audio educator, dBB Audio
Owner of dBB Audio and host of the largest YouTube channel covering Behringer WING and X32 consoles. He spent fifteen years as a technical director and production manager at some of the largest churches in the country, and teaches live sound in a way volunteers actually retain.
Jon Rush
Founder, Win The Scroll
A pastor with fifteen years in local-church ministry, now Formations Pastor at Holy Saints in Franklin, Tennessee. He founded Win The Scroll to help churches and Christians navigate the digital world without losing their souls.
Orin Joshua Mozon
Worship leader
Worship leader and founder of Consider Coaching. Orin leads worship across both days, brings the conference worship band, and teaches a main breakout on worship leading.

When and where is the Churchfront Conference 2026?
Tuesday November 3 and Wednesday November 4, 2026, at Rock Harbor Church, 1805 Oak St, Melbourne Beach, Florida. Doors open at 8:00 AM both days and sessions run through 4:15 PM.
How much does it cost?
In-person tickets are $249 individual and $229 per person for groups. Live stream tickets are $99 individual and $59 per person for groups. All prices are before the ticketing processing fee. Early bird pricing runs through October 15 with the code EARLYBIRD at checkout.
Can I attend if I cannot travel to Florida?
Yes. Main-stage sessions are streamed live, and there is a group rate so your team can watch together from your own building.
Who should come?
Worship pastors, technical and production directors, audio, lighting, video and broadcast volunteers, creative teams, and executive or senior pastors thinking about a building project or an AVL upgrade. Sessions run in parallel tracks, so a team can split up by discipline and cover far more ground than one person can.
Do I need to be technical to get something out of it?
No. Roughly half the program is worship leadership, team culture and pastoral leadership. The technical breakouts assume you work with the gear, not that you engineer it, and the keynotes are for everyone in the room.
Where should we stay?
Melbourne Beach is on the coast, about an hour from Orlando International Airport and twenty minutes from Melbourne Orlando International. There are hotels within a short drive of the venue, and we send lodging suggestions to everyone who registers.
Can I watch sessions from previous years?
Yes. The full conference archive is included with a Churchfront Premium membership.
