Why this list
Nobody paid to be on it
We are brand agnostic and we do not work on manufacturer commission. Nothing is on this list because someone paid for it to be there, and nothing is missing because a rep did not call us back.
That matters more than it sounds. A lot of gear advice a church runs into is downstream of somebody’s margin.
Everything here is chosen for churches specifically, which is a narrower problem than professional audio in general. A volunteer has to operate it on a Sunday morning, a staff member has to troubleshoot it on a Wednesday, and the budget has to survive a board meeting.
We design and install these systems for a living, so the list is what we would put in our own rooms.
