About the Role

We are seeking a Solutions Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. In this role, you’ll engage church leaders, assess their needs, and guide them to the right Churchfront service—whether consulting, training, or full system integration. You’ll also ensure smooth onboarding and provide ongoing support to build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Qualification

• Respond to inbound leads generated through YouTube, our website, and referrals.

• Engage church leaders to assess their AVL needs and recommend the right Churchfront service.

• Provide clear information on pricing, project timelines, and service options.

• Proactively follow up with leads and guide them through the decision-making process.

Client Onboarding & Success

• Transition new clients smoothly from sales to consulting, training, or integration services.

• Onboard clients into Churchfront’s systems and set clear expectations for next steps.

• Ensure clients fully understand the scope of their engagement and what’s ahead.

Customer Support & Relationship Management

• Act as a key point of contact for client inquiries and general customer support.

• Foster long-term relationships with church leaders and help identify future service opportunities.

• Ensure an excellent client experience and high satisfaction with Churchfront services.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of AVL systems and how they are used in church production environments (audio, video, lighting).

• Ministry experience or a strong understanding of the role of worship and production directors within the local church.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building and consultative guidance.

• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple leads using CRM and other systems.

• Prior experience in sales, client onboarding, or customer success preferred.

• This is a full-time, in-person role based at our Melbourne, FL office.
