A membership includes:
- One-day on-site survey and consultation (travel included)
- Access to 1-1 coaching and consulting with the Churchfront team
- Professional AVL design service for one church campus renovation, expansion, and new construction projects.
- Lifetime team access to the Churchfront course library
- Install plans for smaller DIY projects
- Remote system support, monitoring, and optimization service for AVL systems
Most clients enroll in the membership to accomplish an AVL project at their church. Here are the four phases of what the process typically looks like.
Phase 1: Discovery
The engagement kicks off with a Churchfront coach’s on-site visit. We’ll learn more about your church and mission and collect relevant data for consulting and design. We can also help you clarify your budget for the AVL project and map out a plan to hit your financial and ministry goals.
Phase 2: Design
Our design engineers will craft custom solutions for your church’s audio, video, and lighting systems. The design process can be as collaborative or hands-off as you prefer. We’ll produce a 3D model and other professional documentation and assist in presenting the project to your church. We’ll also collaborate cross-trade with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure our work complements and supports the work of other partners. Together, we’ll finalize the specifications of equipment and installation labor required for your project.
Phase 3: Assembly and Install
Our assembly and installation team will procure and assemble the equipment for your new system. We dedicate significant time and energy to constructing a turnkey system that’s robust, organized, serviceable, and easy to operate.
Phase 4: Commissioning, Training, and Support
We’ll commission your new system and train staff and volunteers. Throughout the process, Churchfront Pro members have unlimited access to Churchfront online training and the coaching portal.
