Supporting the Mission That Happens Every Sunday

Every Sunday in churches across the country, something powerful happens. Pastors stand up to preach biblical truth, worship teams lead congregations into the presence of God, and hearts and minds are shaped by the transformative power of the gospel. And somewhere in the background, technology either supports that mission beautifully or gets in the way.

That’s where we come in. Not because we’re obsessed with gear or cables or control systems, though we know those things intimately. We’re here because when the technology works right, when it truly serves the mission, thriving ministry becomes possible. Biblical preaching gets heard clearly in every seat. Culturally relevant presentations of timeless truth connect with every generation. Worship experiences happen where nothing distracts from encountering God.

This is where the gospel does its work in local communities, week after week, Sunday after Sunday. And 2025 was about supporting that mission in a profound way.

The Year Everything Got Clearer

This year, we took time as a team to ask the hard questions. What are we really here to do? What matters most? How do we measure success? And we discovered something we already knew in our bones: we exist to equip church leaders and spaces with innovative solutions for thriving ministry. Technology paired with timeless truth. Innovation in service of the gospel.

That clarity changed everything.

To live out that mission at scale, we doubled our team. Spencer, Sean, James, Chris, and Jesse joined us, each bringing expertise, passion, and a heart for the local church. What started as a few guys terminating data cables has grown into a team of professionals who understand what’s at stake every Sunday.

With these new team members, we expanded our ability to design and install professional AVL systems using cutting-edge tools for 3D modeling, cross-trade coordination, and delivering accurate as-builts. We’re not just installing equipment anymore. We’re architecting complete solutions with precision and care. We acquired a warehouse space where we could build and program systems with the attention that each church deserves. Because if we’re going to help churches reach more people, disciple more effectively, and maximize their kingdom impact, we need the capacity to do excellent work.

Sixteen Churches, One Mission

This year we served 16 churches across 11 states. Each one was different. Each one had unique needs. But the goal was always the same: remove barriers and create environments where ministry can thrive.

In Palm City, Florida, we helped Palm City Presbyterian upgrade three spaces, each one designed to support their unique ministry approach. In Pennsylvania, Next Community Church was growing rapidly, and we helped them reorient their space, add seating, and ensure every person could fully engage in worship. At Agora Bible Fellowship in California, we replaced an outdated PA system and designed a creative LED screen layout that’s brought new life to their worship experience. And in Wisconsin, we walked into a warehouse with North Ridge Church and helped them transform it into a worship center where their community could gather and encounter God.

Every project tells a story. Every church has a mission worth supporting. And every time we remove a technical barrier, we’re creating space for the gospel to do its work.

Equipping Leaders at Scale

But here’s the truth: we can install the best technology in the world, but if leaders don’t know how to use it, it’s pointless. That’s why we’re passionate about education, coaching, and leader development.

This year, we hosted the Churchfront Conference in Melbourne, Florida. A two-day gathering where church leaders came together to learn from speakers like Lee Fields and Nathan Finocchio, to connect with one another, and to gain fresh vision for their ministry.

Through YouTube, we reached church leaders and volunteers in places we’ll never physically set foot. 4.6 million views. 20,000 new subscribers. 326,000 hours of training and tutorials. Pastors learning how to set up their first sound system. Volunteers troubleshooting issues on Saturday night. Churches with limited budgets figuring out how to steward their resources well.

And through our coaching team, we conducted over 600 one-on-one calls this year, helping church leaders gain clarity on the right solutions for their ministry. Whether it’s implementing a new tool or developing a leadership strategy, these conversations are about equipping leaders to make confident decisions.

That’s equipping at scale. That’s empowering leaders everywhere to leverage technology for kingdom impact.

What We Believe

To the churches who trusted us this year, thank you. It’s an honor to serve alongside you and to play a small part in your ministry. And to our YouTube community—over 290,000 subscribers strong—and to our Churchfront Premium members, thank you for engaging, learning, and supporting this mission. You inspire us to keep creating.

Here’s what we believe: when churches are equipped technologically and strategically, they can reach and disciple more people than ever before. That’s the vision. That’s what drives us.

In 2026, we’re just getting started.
