River Run Christian Church Worship Leader Position

We are looking for someone who loves God, loves the church, and loves bringing His church into the presence of Jesus. The perfect candidate for this role is someone who has a talent for leading others in musical worship and the desire to grow in their walk with Christ and their place in the church. Our current Worship and Media minister is moving into a new role here at the church, and we are looking for someone to lead us into the next generation of worship at River Run.

Required Talents/Skills:

• Solid vocalist and vocal worship leader

• Ability to lead worship from piano or guitar

• Ability to play with click/tracks

• Ability to recruit and train new musicians/vocalists

Weekly Tasks/Jobs:

• Schedule Worship team using Planning Center

• Oversee the tech team schedule (currently scheduled by volunteer leader)

• Plan weekly worship services

• Train and develop new volunteer singers/musicians

• Set up weekly multitracks playback/rehearsal mix/ProPresenter/lights for services (Training available)

• Any other tasks as given by senior minister

What we want most is the right person. We understand different people bring different strengths, and we’re trusting God to bring us the right person and then help us unleash that person into their calling.

Compensation:
